With the cost of health care, prevention is definitely the key. Massage is a prevention that is very helpful. We know for a fact that many people are under so much stress! Massage therapy helps people to relax and in turn helps to bring down the stress levels. Since stress is known to be one of the major root causes of many health issues on the rise, there is no doubt in my mind that massage therapy is a necessary component to maintaining good health! Anyone who is serious about maintaining their health should definitely consider some form of massage on a regular basis.
